- A horse will never be bred until retired. Retirement can come at any time, specifically if an unforeseen injury arises -- horses at KC Racing / Kennington Farm are normally never bred until they're at least four years of age. We also do not breed the horse the same year that they retire from racing unless the horse is retired earlier in the year and does complete a full year of racing.
- Surface and distance preferences, horse temperament and racing grade are carefully considered and differ from foal to foal.
- Mares at Kennington Farm will generally not have more than five or six foals.
- Stallions, depending on their successes and pedigrees, will typically have a breeding career until they reach the age of 20-25 at Kennington Farm with the maximum foals allowed varying from stallion to stallion.
- Conformation, soundness and quality are always a high priority when choosing breeding pairs; this is chosen from the images provided from the RL horses the sim horse is based off of, and the sim horse's personality.
- Any stallion or mare at Kennington Farm that says PRIVATE on their breeding information means that we do not allow them to breed to the public unless there is a breeding reserve provided.
- We reserve the right to reclaim any horse obtained from us if the buyer (member) goes inactive for a prolonged period of time. If for any reason you plan to DELETE any horse from us, the horse should immediately be returned to our stables. The horse may be sold to another stable afterwards.
- Foals, once they reach the age of two, must be actively raised on either of the three tracks unless we've sold you a stud or broodmare. Horses not being actively raced will be reclaimed by Kennington Farm and will be promptly sold to a more active member.
- You may not breed any horse from us until they reach four years of age, after which we hope is a successful career for your horse.
- You may geld colts purchased from us as they are now under your ownership and we expect you to use your best judgement.
